Minister's Annual - NOT serving as church pastor or evangelist

Pastor's Annual - lead or solo pastors for a district church only

Associate/Assistant Pastor - associate or assistant pastors only

Ministerial Student - have NOT been assigned a pastoral position by the district

Retired Minister - have NOT been assigned a pastoral position by the district

Lay Worker's & Statistical - two separate reports

Evangelist's & Statistical - two separate reports
